The Stock Upload library: photos with marketplace badges and the title, description and keywords editor

Works with the marketplaces you sell on

Everything between your folder and the review queue

Official channels only

Files go through each agency's own contributor FTP or SFTP. No bots on their websites, so your accounts stay safe.

Metadata in every field

Title, description and keywords are written into IPTC, XMP and every field each format can hold, cut to each agency’s limits.

AI titles and keywords

Writes metadata that fits each format, from photos and transparent PNGs to vectors and video, and avoids brand names and misleading words.

CSV in and out

Import metadata from any spreadsheet, or export each agency’s CSV template, ready to upload.

Never half a file

Power cut or Wi-Fi drop mid-upload? It picks up where it stopped and never sends a broken file.

Duplicates caught

The same photo added twice, even renamed, is skipped. Different files with the same name are kept apart.

Three steps

  1. Add your files. Drop a folder of JPG, PNG, EPS, AI, MP4 or MOV files.
  2. Check the metadata. Type it, import a CSV, or let the AI write it.
  3. Upload. Every file goes to every marketplace that takes it. Then submit for review in each portal.

Questions

Is this allowed by the marketplaces?

Yes. It only uses the FTP and SFTP upload channels that each agency gives contributors for exactly this. It never logs in to their websites for you.

Does it submit my files for review?

No. Files arrive in each portal with their metadata, and you submit them yourself, as the agencies expect.

Where are my marketplace passwords kept?

Only on your PC, encrypted by Windows. They are never sent to our server.

Can I use AI-generated images?

Where the agency allows it. Files with AI marks in their metadata are kept away from agencies that don't accept AI content, such as Shutterstock.
